Project Summary
Fusion Building System were given just 10 weeks to design and build this masterpiece of modern construction. Fusion’s expert team of engineers, designers, technicians and trade workers embraced this challenge to design, create and construct the six volumetric Fusion Pod modules. Within less than 20 hours Fusion excelled displaying the efficiency of their revolutionary integrated Steel frame and Pod system (Fusion’s Kitchen and Bathroom Pod system is no longer in production), completing the on-site construction of the Summit House twelve hours ahead of schedule.

The Urban Summit House is an environmentally friendly home that achieves an EcoHomes "excellent" rating with its sleek, contemporary design. The townhouse shows that technology can enhance design not compromise it. It is designed to reflect the following principles - good urban design, modern methods of construction, Secured by Design, flexibility and adaptability, inclusive design, Lifetime Homes, increased environmental amenity, and innovative use of volume and space.
