Fusion Build Time: 17 weeks on-site.
Construction First Floor: Compartment floor comprises of 254mm steel joist, on 20mm OSB decking.
Floating floor: 30mm 200kg rockfloor with 20mm OSB decking. Under side of floor constructed of 2 layers of 15mm firecheck plasterboard, counter battened for services and finished with 12.5mm slab.
Walls: External walls incorporate Fusion StIF Panel Technology. All load bearing and non load bearing walls are constructed of Fusion LGS stud and track.
