Project Summary
Ash Quay is a development of mixed residential contemporary three storey, two bedroom apartments, within walking distance of Fermoy town and local amenities. Fusion has installed their revolutionary StIFTM Infill Panel in this development.

Construction:
Fusion StIFTM external non-load bearing Infill Panel was used within a Hot Rolled Steel Framed structure. The infill panels are designed to resist their self weight only, as well as imposed wind loading, due to the action of masonry cladding which is tied to the studs using the Fusion wall tie system.
